WUXI CHENHWAT ALMATECH CO., LTD. is a large-scale and solely foreign-owned enterprise. It specializes in producing the aluminum alloy wheels which covers from size 14” to 28”. It lies at Wuxi, Jiangsu province. At present the company has got ten (10) sets of advanced low-pressure casting machines, ten (10) sets of digital control Vertical Lathes and machining centers, and two (2) chroming lines with American Senior Environmental Electroplating Process. These chroming assembling lines are the longest and most professional lines in China. The annual production capacity of the chrome wheels can reach 600,000 pcs.

Besides TS/16949 standard system, Chenhwat also has some excellent and accurate performance test equipments, such as impacting machine, cornering fatigue test equipment etc. to ensure the mechanical performance of its wheels, what’s more, it has achieved a high level in the field on the testing of balancing, run-out and the performance of chroming layer.
